This message appears when you try to create an account, but the email address you provided is already in use by another user account.

First, check your email address carefully for errors. If the email address is indeed your email address, then somebody -- most likely you -- has already created an account with that email address. Click on the "Request new password" link, and the system will send new login instructions to the email address it has on file. Since that's your email address, wait a few minutes, then check your email for instructions on how to log in.
