I have some red scores on my Benchmark Report; should I bother applying?

Few if any companies score perfectly on the Benchmark Survey. The benchmark is defined across industries, and while it's extremely effective in highlighting strengths and weaknesses, there may be very good reasons why any one company in a specific industry would be expected to score "off the benchmark".

As one CEO put it: "A score off the benchmark isn't a showstopper; it's a point for discussion."
